fun-gamez.com is run by Richard Ganglberger-Prancl, Austria (“we” or “the operator”). When you use this site or buy something, you make an agreement with the operator.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

Small browser games that are free to play, plus optional paid content for Grim City Chase — for example the Colour-Pack and the Halloween-Outfits (€2.99 each) and Waterworld (€5.00). Games and prices can change over time.

Don’t misuse the site. That means: no unlawful use, no fraud or spam, no infringing our rights or other people’s rights, and no messing with security — no malware, probing or scraping.

The site, its games, the software, the artwork and the fun-gamez.com name belong to the operator. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the games and use the content as intended. Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing it is not allowed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We can suspend or end someone’s access if they seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don’t pay for their purchases, or put the security of the site or other players at risk.
