🛡️ Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This is a small games site — so this policy is kept short and honest. Here is exactly what happens with your data.

🙂

Who is responsible?

Richard Ganglberger-Prancl, Austria — operator of fun-gamez.com. If you have questions about your privacy, email fungamez457@gmail.com.

🎮

Profile & account

If you create a profile, we store your email address and profile name so your purchases can be restored on any device. You can remove your profile at any time. We use these details to provide the service you signed up for (performance of the contract).

💳

Purchases & payments

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Your card details are entered directly in the payment window and are never stored on this site. Paddle handles the payment and invoicing; we only save which items you bought, so they can be unlocked for your profile.

📬

Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending you news about new games and packs. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time.

🍪

Local browser data

Game stats, achievements, your cart, the language and your cookie choice are stored locally in your browser only. This data never leaves your device, and you can delete it any time by clearing your browser storage.

🛍️

Who gets data?

Only the services needed to run this site: the hosting and database provider, Paddle.com as Merchant of Record (payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing for your purchases), and the newsletter delivery service. Your data is never sold.

⏳

How long is data kept?

Profile and purchase data is kept as long as your profile exists or as long as legally required for purchases. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Local browser data stays until you clear it.

🏅

Your rights

You can ask at any time for information about your stored data, and request correction or deletion. You also have the right to data portability and the right to complain to a data protection authority.

🔒

How is data protected?

We and our providers use common technical and organisational measures to protect your data — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and secure storage. No system is perfect, but we keep the attack surface as small as a small games site can be.
