If you’re not happy with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net or email fungamez457@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll get it sorted.

Once your refund is approved, the money is returned to the payment method you used. Paddle processes the payment, so how quickly it shows up depends on your bank.

Every purchase from this shop is covered, including all item packs. If a purchase is refunded, the items it unlocked may be removed from your profile again.
